IMPORTANT NOTES & TERMS

• Monthly payments are taken on or around the 1st of each month

• Direct Debits are handled by Patient Plan Direct (will appear as "Dental Practice")

• Plan benefits start after your first monthly payment

• Failure of two consecutive payments may result in cancellation

• Missed appointments may incur charges at your next visit

• Missed entitlements do not roll over to the next year

• If cancelling, any treatment discounts received in the past 6 months may be recoverable

• Discount excludes whitening, short-term orthodontics, implants, and facial aesthetics

Each plan includes a set number of dental examinations and hygiene visits per year. You’ll also benefit from 10% off most routine treatments, x-rays, oral cancer screening, gum health checks, and access to the Global Dental A&E Scheme.
Yes — but new patients are required to attend an initial consultation (from £65.00) before registering. This allows our team to assess your oral health and recommend the right plan.
Yes, a one-time £8.00 registration fee is collected with your first monthly payment.
Yes, but if you’ve recently received discounted treatment, we may recover the discount applied during your membership. Also, missed plan entitlements cannot be refunded or carried forward.
Payments are made via Direct Debit on or around the 1st of each month and managed by Patient Plan Direct.
If you fail to attend an appointment covered by your plan, you may be charged at your next visit. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid this.
Your membership benefits begin after your first successful monthly payment has been processed.
No. Whitening, orthodontics, implants, and facial aesthetics are not included in the 10% discount.
